Last May the new housing law came into force +34 93 323 09 40, of May 24).
Main variations to take into account regarding urban leases of habitual residence:

- New definition for large holders
- Limit on annual rent updating by eliminating the IPC Regulation of rental prices in stressed areas in new rentals
- Transfer of real estate fees from the tenant to the landlord
- Prohibition of increasing the rental price with extra fees "

- Impossibility to change the classification of public housing.
